These three ingredient pancakes are SO quick and easy. Fantastic for weekend breakfast, school lunches and to keep in the fridge as a little snack.

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • bit of butter for frying

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender until combined.
  2. Place stovetop on a medium heat and put some butter in the pan.
  3. Pour mixture in frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with anything your little heart desires! Raspberries, coconut and honey? Butter? Lemon and coconut sugar? Homemade jam? What is your favorite pancake topping?[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
