These three ingredient pancakes are SO quick and easy. Fantastic for weekend breakfast, school lunches and to keep in the fridge as a little snack.
THREE INGREDIENT PANCAKES:
- 2 cups of oats
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups of water
- bit of butter for frying
- Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender until combined.
- Place stovetop on a medium heat and put some butter in the pan.
- Pour mixture in frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
