The Desensitze Digital Soundtrack allows your child to ‘face their fear’ using a graded exposure approach in a safe and supportive environment. Many kids on the spectrum over-respond to everyday household and community noises. This can significantly impact on their daily functioning and success in life.

The goal of this program is for your child to be able to tolerate feared sounds and that over time becomes more able to participate in everyday activities with less stress and more enjoyment. Every child deserves this.

How it works:

The Desnsitize Digital Soundtrack consists of 20 sounds which commonly trigger anxiety, unease or meltdowns in children with auditory sensitivities. You can download the soundtrack to any computer, digital phone, tablet or MP3 player. Once downloaded, choose a sound and give your child as much control as possible over initiating and ceasing the sound and volume control. Over time, increase the volume and length of time listened to the sound.
